The Role
We’re looking for an AV Events Project Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Manager – Broadcast. In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver high quality audiovisual support for Nasdaq Events by centralizing communication, streamlining project workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and external partners.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain Monday.com boards to track, prioritize, and organize AV event projects.
- Serve as the main liaison between the AV team and external vendors, ensuring accurate and timely project information.
- Join client AV calls, capture detailed requirements, and translate them into clear action items for the AV team.
