The Project Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of an AV installation project, including financial aspects, materials, labor, and transportation needs for the smooth running of projects. They ensure project completion within the allotted time and budget.
Your day will look like this
- In collaboration with the Sales and Design team, assist in developing the scope of the project as needed.
- Develop and manage the different phases of the project(s): kick‑off, planning, execution of deliverables, closing, and documentation.
- Create budgets, control cost and change orders.
- Participate in kick‑off meetings, recurring project meetings, and post‑mortem.
- Organize meetings with internal teams and clients as needed throughout project development and execution.
