What You'll Be Doing
As an AV Field Service Engineer, your role will be hands-on, client-facing, and varied:
Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair AV/IT systems on-site
Perform room and system checks, preventive maintenance, and service handovers
Support clients remotely and on-site with technical issues
Work with advanced AV equipment: displays, control systems, audio systems, and signal extenders
Collaborate with project and engineering teams to ensure smooth site operations
