AV Technicians & Helpdesk Support Specialists

They are responsible for managing AV equipment onsite at our conferences and providing remote technical assistance and onboarding support to staff. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and customer service who can thrive in both fast-paced live event settings and virtual support environments.
