- Lead the Availability team to ensure precise and timely execution of all inventory processes.
- Oversee production planning, price integrity, and stock receiving to maintain accurate inventory.

- Lead inventory accuracy through audits: Conduct regular shop floor walks and stockroom audits to ensure precise completion of core inventory processes and stocktakes.
- Optimise online order fulfillment and pricing: Collaborate with the Customer Experience Leader to investigate discrepancies in online orders and implement preventative measures. Also oversee ticketing accuracy to prevent pricing issues.
