Responsibilities

• Lead the Availability team to ensure precise and timely execution of all inventory processes.
• Oversee production planning, price integrity, and stock receiving to maintain accurate inventory.
• Optimize product availability and minimize discrepancies through effective inventory management.

• Lead inventory accuracy through audits: Conduct regular shop floor walks and stockroom audits to ensure precise completion of core inventory processes and stocktakes.
• Optimise online order fulfillment and pricing: Collaborate with the Customer Experience Leader to investigate discrepancies in online orders and implement preventative measures. Also oversee ticketing accuracy to prevent pricing issues.
• Manage production plans: For stores with onsite production (like Meat and Bakery), review and finalise production plans to ensure accurate output.
