AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, invites motivated and enthusiastic South African youth to apply for the Long-Term Insurance Learnership Programme 2026. This is a 12-month structured work‑based learning programme designed to combine theoretical training through an accredited training provider with practical workplace experience. The learnership leads to a registered qualification in the insurance sector, providing learners with valuable skills, industry exposure, and a solid foundation for a future career in insurance. A monthly stipend will be paid to successful learners for the full duration of the learnership.
