Position objective: The Avionics Supervisor will be responsible for supervising functions assigned to the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft and components, parts and accessories in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulatory compliance, and reporting any discrepancies to the appropriate entity.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate all avionics maintenance activities for business aircraft
- Work with coordinators to plan labor and avionics projects
- Work with team leads to supervise the production of all avionics activities
- Work with Quality Assurance to ensure aircraft documentation is complete and correct
- Ensure tooling, equipment and parts are available to maintenance personnel to perform assigned work efficiently and safely
- Review customer invoices, if required
- Participate in operations, maintenance and personnel meetings
- Plan avionics maintenance and staffing
