About the role

Mater Young Adult Health Centre Brisbane (MYAHCB) is seeking an Advanced Trainee in Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine to join our multidisciplinary team in a 6-month maximum term full-time position.

This accredited training position provides a unique opportunity to gain experience across a diverse range of adolescent and young adult health services, working with young people experiencing substance use concerns, chronic health conditions and complex psychosocial needs. The position is accredited with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) and is supervised by experienced Adolescent and Young Adult Physicians.

Beyond clinical practice, this role offers opportunities to participate in teaching, research and quality improvement activities, while contributing to the education and mentorship of junior colleagues.
