What You Will Do Lead the migration of SQL Server and Postgre SQL workloads to Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instances. Design, deploy, and support Platform-as-a-Service (Paa S) and Database-as-a-Service (DBaa S) offerings in Azure. Analyze and consolidate database instances to optimize performance, licensing, and cost. Implement Azure-native backup, replication, disaster recovery, and security configurations. What You Will Bring To The Role Strong hands‑on experience with Azure SQL, SQL Managed Instances, and related Azure data services. Working knowledge of Postgre SQL, SQL Server, and database consolidation strategies. Experience in migrating legacy Unix/Linux-based databases to modern cloud environments. Familiarity with Azure automation, monitoring, and security tools. Ability to collaborate with development and infrastructure teams in a global environment.
