About the Role Pavago on behalf of their client is hiring a B2B Graphic Designer who understands how to create high-performing static ad creatives for cold audiences. This role is designed for a designer who can take go-to-market messaging, campaign strategy, and ICP insights and translate them into visually compelling ad creatives that drive clicks and conversions. You will work closely with marketing and growth teams to produce ad creatives used across LinkedIn, Google Display, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands B2B advertising psychology, can design for performance, and enjoys testing creative variations to improve campaign results.
