B2B Growth Director: Strategy, Partnerships & Delivery

DEPT® is seeking a Business Director to lead a cross-functional B2B pod and build strong client partnerships. You will shape account strategy, drive growth, and ensure delivery excellence across creative, strategy, delivery, production and client services.

In this role you will manage senior client relationships, guide multi‑discipline teams, and work closely with a Group Director to ensure profitable, high‑quality work and ongoing account expansion across key clients.
