What You Will Be Doing
- Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services that interact with SQL Server.
- Design and run batch processing workflows for syncing/updating large sets of records.
- Ensure processing is reliable at scale (incremental runs, safe reprocessing, handling partial failures, concurrency).
- Troubleshoot end-to-end issues across API batch job database, improving performance and stability.
What You Will Likely Bring
- Hands‑on experience building APIs (auth, error handling, JSON).
- Experience with batch jobs / background processing (scheduled runs, retries, handling failures).
- Strong SQL fundamentals (writing queries, understanding stored procedures, performance awareness).
What Could Set You Apart
- Professional experience in DevOps, or automation‑focused roles.
- Azure SQL.
