Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Back End Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Colombia. The company was founded to address challenges in data collaboration, reporting, and forecasting faced by private equity funds and their portfolio companies, which often rely heavily on manual spreadsheet processes that slow decision-making. The solution consolidates financial and operational data into a single platform using powerful, low-code modeling tools designed for end users. It connects to accounting systems, CRMs, HR platforms, production systems, spreadsheets, and databases, enabling PE firms to see how operational metrics directly impact financial performance.
