Key Responsibilities
- Set up, troubleshoot, and dismantle musical instruments and DJ equipment for live events.
- Prep equipment in the warehouse according to the pull sheet prior to dispatch and ensure all kits are intact and functional during load-out.
- Provide onsite support during events, communicating effectively with clients, artists technical teams, and tour managers.
- Handle pre and post-event activities, including setup, standby support, dismantling, and testing returned equipment.
