Baker

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in El-Ain.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and bake ingredients according to recipes.
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately.
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings.
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed.
• Decorate baked goods with glazes, icings, or other toppings.
• Clean work area and equipment after each use.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and measurements.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Creativity in developing new baked goods.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
