Baker/Assistant Baker

We are looking for a Baker / Baker Assistant to join our bakery team. You will support the daily preparation and production of breads and bakery products in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves dough preparation, baking operations, and assisting the Head Baker to ensure smooth daily production and consistent product quality.

• Prepare and handle dough for daily production
• Assist in baking breads and bakery products
• Operate ovens and monitor baking timing and product quality
• Assist the Head Baker in daily kitchen operations and preparation
• Prepare ingredients, fillings, and baking trays
• Support packing, stocking, and production duties when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area
• Follow food safety and quality standards at all times
