Key Responsibilities Oversee daily bakery operations — from production planning to quality control. Ensure freshness, consistency, and presentation of all baked products. Manage stock levels, waste control, and cost efficiency. Lead, train, and motivate a skilled bakery team. Work closely with the Fresh Manager to align product variety and seasonal offerings.
