Responsibilities:

Preparing and baking dough for pastry, bread and making dessert.
Frosting and decorating cakes or other baked goods.
Operating baking machines and rotating stock.
Merchandising and product displays.
Keeping work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Adhere to food, health and safety standards at all times.
Fulfill customer bakery orders or special orders as requested (i.e. catering orders).
Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Any additional duties as required.Qualifications: Strong customer service skills.
Working knowledge of basic equipment including, but not limited to, mixers, blenders, food processors.
Ability to lift up to 20 kg is a definite asset.
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
