Band 6 Anatomical Pathology Technician

The Biomedical Science team at Pulse is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Anatomical Pathology Technician to work in a busy NHS Hospital in Surrey. We are seeking an Anatomical Pathology Technician who can make a meaningful difference in supporting the hospital’s mortuary service.

Position: Anatomical Pathology Technician
Banding: 6
Location: Surrey
Hours: 8am – 4pm (with some flexibility)
Duration: Temporary

Role Responsibilities:
As an Anatomical Pathology Technician, you will be expected to have previous experience working within an NHS mortuary setting, particularly in conducting body checks and liaising with funeral directors. You will support senior mortuary staff in delivering the service on a day-to-day basis.
