 Our NHS client is currently seeking a motivational Band 6 Physiotherapist to join their fantastic home first team based within Bristol. The post is available to start ASAP, offering full-time hours per week with the placement due to end on 31.12.23.
 As a Home First Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and mobility in the comfort of their own homes. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing personalized physiotherapy services to individuals who have recently been discharged from the hospital or require home-based rehabilitation. The trust are looking for an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist, with inpatient rehabilitation experience.
 
   To be considered for this role you must have:  
 HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
 Completed the relevant degree/qualification in physiotherapy
 Previous NHS experience in a similar rehabilitation setting
