 We are currently seeking a dedicated Band 6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist to join a dynamic healthcare team based in Merseyside, Liverpool. This position is available to start as soon as possible offering part-time hours for an initial period of 3 months. This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in a community setting, promoting independence and improving quality of life.
  Responsibilities: 
 Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment to patients with a wide range of rehabilitation needs, including neurological, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
 Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a combination of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and assistive devices.
