   Key Responsibilities: 
  Clinical Duties: 
 Undertake the specialist Occupational Therapy assessment and implementation of therapy interventions of clients with complex physical disabilities as an autonomous practitioner. This includes using analytical, clinical reasoning skills and appropriate outcome measures. 
 Carry out high level clinical decision making within agreed response times, to support A&E four hour targets.
