Tasks and Responsibilities

• The Bank Accounting Associate role supports the effective and quality performance of bank accounting activities within the agreed activity split and service level agreement.
• Provides foundational knowledge of the sub-processes and system understanding and assists in business process training.
• Supports the timely and accurate processing of bank statements according to standard process documentation (Bank Statement Posting, Transitory Bank Account Clearing, Bank Account Maintenance).
• Aids in month‑end closing activities to ensure preliminary financial statements are accurate and aligned with accounting standards.
• Participates in stakeholder calls and meetings, providing insights on operational topics.
• Assists with Internal Control System (ICS) controls (TBA OI and Bank Recon) and responds to audit and ICT requests and concerns.
