Job Summary
Permanent position. Islandwide. Up to $4000. Branch hours.
Responsibilities- To deliver an excellent service experience to our customers
- To process all daily branch and cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- To assist customers in their enquiries and handling of feedback
- To introduce self-service and automated banking channel services to customers
- To perform all banking activities in accordance with regulatory requirements

- Sunday Banking – Mon to Sun 11 am to 7 pm (1 weekday and 1 weekend, 2 days off)
- Deferred Banking – Mon to Fri 11 am to 7 pm, Sat 11 am to 1:30 pm (Sun and public holidays closed)
- Normal Banking – Mon to Fri 9 am to 4:30 pm, Sat 9 am to 11:30 am
