Job Description
As a Barback, you are the backbone of a smooth and efficient bar operation. You’ll work closely with bartenders and front-of-house staff to ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and ready to serve guests quickly and professionally. Your attention to detail, hustle, and team spirit will help create an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The day to day:
- Support bartenders during service by restocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, ice, and other essentials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including surfaces, tools, and storage areas.
- Remove trash, glassware, and empty bottles throughout service to keep the bar area safe and tidy.
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service.
- Ensure kegs are replaced promptly and CO₂ levels are monitored if applicable.
