About the Role
Food & Beverage Assistant – Covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service at Sam’s Bar & Kitchen. Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Salary
£12.71 per hour, plus tips.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests politely and friendly.
- Deliver a great guest experience from beginning to end.
- Confidently discuss menus, offer upsells enthusiastically.
- Take orders and proactively meet guests’ needs.
- Maintain cleaning and good hygiene practices.
- Work across all areas of Sam’s and the driving range.
- Assist in any other outlet within the resort as needed.
