ROLE SUMMARY

Opening this Fall, Delilah Dallas is seeking skilled and service-oriented Barbacks to help deliver an elevated and personalized guest experience. In this role, you’ll support the bar team by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, prepping garnishes, and clearing and washing all glassware. We’re looking for individuals who are proactive, receptive to direction, and focused on creating a hospitality-driven environment. A positive attitude, willingness to contribute to team success, and open availability are strongly preferred. We will begin interviewing during the final week of July. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks.

Ensure that all supplies are stocked and readily available.

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters and tables, cleaning glassware and utensils.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area.
