Position Summary:
Darlin’ is hiring Barbacks to support the bar team with speed, organization, cleanliness, and urgency. The Barback keeps service moving by stocking, cleaning, resetting, and anticipating what bartenders need before they have to ask.
This role is essential to maintaining a smooth, polished guest experience in a high-energy cocktail and wine bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and bar supplies.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and service-ready.
- Wash, polish, and restock glassware.
- Clear empty glasses, trash, and debris from the bar area.
- Refill ice wells, garnish trays, water stations, and service supplies.
