A bustling coffee shop in Dubai is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and smoothies.
• Ensure quality control by following recipes and using proper techniques for espresso-based drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and supplies.
• Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Upsell products and promote seasonal specials to increase sales.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements

• Filipino or Nepali nationality preferred.
• Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus.
