- Sound knowledge of coffee beans and flavour profiles.
- Ability to consistently prepare a variety of coffee styles (espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white, americano, etc.) to a high standard.
- Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
- Strong customer service skills – friendly, professional, and welcoming.
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with professional communication skills.
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy under pressure, especially during peak hours.
