Job Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure accurate stock handling and control of bar inventory
• Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Work efficiently under pressure during peak service periods

Requirements

• 3–5 years relevant experience in a professional restaurant, 4/5-star hotel, or lodge environment
• Strong product knowledge of beverages and cocktails
• Ability to work fast and effectively under pressure
• Micros system experience advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
