Bartender

The Role…

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join the
team at The Long Bar & Grill inside the stylish Harbour Hotel in Guildford
on a part time basis.

As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for creating
exceptional, handcrafted cocktails and providing outstanding service to our
guests. Your expertise in mixology, attention to detail, and ability to engage
with customers will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our
guests.

Your duties will include:

· Utilise your in-depth
knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques to create innovative
and visually appealing drink recipes that showcase your creativity and
craftsmanship.

· Collaborate with the
management and bar team to develop fresh and exciting signature creations for
service incorporating seasonal ingredients, current trends and our guests’
preferences.
