In accordance with the policies, procedures, and service standards of Quest Plus Conference Center Manila, the Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring efficient bar operations, and delivering excellent guest experiences within the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets, particularly at Alibi. Under the direct supervision of the F&B Supervisor, the role involves maintaining high service standards, ensuring proper mise-en-place, promoting guest satisfaction, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations of the bar.
