Responsibilities

• Adhere to our established service standards to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipe standards with attention to detail, taste, and presentation.
• Have a thorough understanding of drink names, ingredients, preparation methods, appropriate glassware, and garnishes.
• Be well‑versed in wines by the glass and at least five wines in each category on the wine list, covering varying price ranges and styles.
• Know the specialty beverages offered, including single‑malt scotches, cognacs, cocktails, and craft beers, to provide guests with recommendations.
• Be knowledgeable about the entire bar menu as well as the dining room menu, ensuring guests receive accurate recommendations and answers to their questions.
