Bartendress

• Set up and maintain all bar tables, ensuring proper arrangement and cleanliness
• Inspect and prepare all glassware, china, flatware, and linen before service
• Know and describe all drinks on the menu; recommend beverages to guests and suggest cocktails and wines to enhance their selections
• Receive orders from captain or guests and prepare drinks according to Standard Operating Manual procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and mise-en-place at the working station and service pantry
• Replenish supplies of linen, glassware, and operating equipment as needed
• Clean all spillage during service and at closing to maintain a professional bar environment

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in an international hotel chain, midscale or upscale hotel, restaurant, or bar
