Role Description

The Tax Manager will oversee the group’s direct tax position across EMEA and Asia, partnering closely with Finance teams to support period‑end close activities, and work on various ad‑hoc projects. The Tax Manager will report directly to Vice President Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and be accountable for the direct tax compliance process, including the development, improvement, and documentation of compliance processes and controls
• Partner with Finance Team for the administration of period‑end close process, overseeing direct tax accrual process and ensuring relevant deadlines are met
• Ensure the timely submission and accuracy of direct tax filings prepared by external advisors and maintain documentation of tax registrations and filing positions across group entities and jurisdictions
