BATTERY CENTER MANAGER

Overview

The Battery Shop Manager is primarily responsible for leading plant operations for a battery assembly operation, utilizing the Stellantis Production Way principles to achieve all required KPIs and KAIs. The manager works with all levels of the organization to maximize overall quality and efficiency, driving safety, quality, delivery, and improvements to reduce total production cost and transformation cost.

Responsibilities

Lead the Stellantis Production Way across the entire manufacturing complex, driving continuous improvement and safety, quality, delivery, and cost compliance. Manage and coordinate the interface with key stakeholders across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Production, Materials Logistics, Human Resources, and Finance to ensure alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and improvement goals.
