Battery Center Operations Leader

Stellantis is seeking a Battery Shop Manager in Toluca, Mexico, to oversee plant operations for battery assembly, ensuring KPIs are met. You will lead initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and safety while managing a large, multi-shift unionized operation.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of operations management experience and strong technical knowledge in battery handling and assembly. You will also engage with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across all processes.
