Battery Management Systems Engineer & HIl (4+yrs)

We are seeking a hands‑on engineer responsible for end-to-end validation of battery systems , including cell testing, module/system‑level validation, and HIL-based simulation . The role requires strong expertise in electrical, software, and environmental testing of battery systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform validation and verification of BMS systems at cell, module, and pack level
• Develop and execute HIL test setups for BMS and ECU validation
• Conduct cell‑level testing including performance, lifecycle, and safety validation
• Perform environmental testing (thermal, vibration, humidity, shock)
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation reports
• Analyze test data and identify issues, root causes, and improvements
• Work with tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink
