The role is responsible for executing and establishing sales in the Japan region in line with the sales strategy, including identifying key prospects, qualifying opportunities, developing relationships, and converting them into business to achieve the organizations sales targets. JOB RESPONSBILITIES Sales Strategy, Business plans and Targets Assist and provide input to senior management in formulating overall sales strategies and decision making with insights and data points for the region. Lead the implementation of the sub region level sales strategy for Nucleus including creation of plans, budgets and targets for each territory as well as resource requirements. Divide the targets based on geography to respective territory sales manager to maximize the growth potential for the sub region by driving penetration into key sectors, markets and acquiring large accounts.
