Job Scope- Deliver slimming treatments using advanced machines to help clients achieve desired results.
- Build strong rapport with clients and provide professional customer care throughout their treatment journey.
- Monitor clients’ treatment progress and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Promote and upsell packages, treatments, and beauty products to achieve sales targets.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatment plans and packages.
- Follow up with existing clients to encourage retention, package renewals, and repeat business.
- Prior experience in beauty/slimming industry preferred.
- Strong sales-driven mindset and leadership skills.
