Job Description:
- Ensure the store meets and exceeds service and sales goals set by the company
- Ensure that each employee meets and exceeds individual KPI targets
- Accountable for the smooth running of the store
- Provide training & development through effective coaching to ensure these goals are met

Working hours:
- 8.5 hours per day including 1 hour meal break
- 6 off days per month (excluding PH replacement off)
- Basic $3500 + commission + allowance + other benefits
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Store Manager experience
