InGenesis is currently seeking a Clinical Director (Physician) to work with our client located in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will provide on-site clinical leadership and oversight of all healthcare services within the facility, including medical, nursing, behavioral health, pharmacy, and dental operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based patient care in alignment with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and organizational standards. The Clinical Director exercises independent clinical judgment and supports the coordination of care across multiple disciplines while working closely with department leaders.
