We’re currently recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy to join a Primary School in Killngworth on a long- or short-term basis starting in September.

This is a great opportunity for a new or experienced educator to become a familiar face in a school where staffing, culture and community go hand in hand.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Helping deliver catch-up sessions to close learning gaps.

Support pupils in managing their behaviour and emotions.

Promote positive behaviour and encourage engagement in learning.

Monitor, record, and report on pupils’ behaviour and progress.
