Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work full-time at an SEN School in Smethwick.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students in managing their behaviour, developing positive relationships, and overcoming barriers to learning.
Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and experienced support colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Building strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage engagement, improve confidence, and promote positive behavioural outcomes.
