Job Title: Behaviour Support 
 Location: Durham
 Salary: £95 – £115 per day (Depending on Experience)
 Start Date: Immediate
 Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time
GSL Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated Behaviour Support to join welcoming and inclusive schools in the Durham area. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to supporting students with behavioural challenges and helping them succeed both academically and personally.
About the Role:
As a Behaviour Support, you will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support pupils who may display challenging behaviour. You will play a key role in fostering a positive learning environment and promoting constructive behaviour strategies.
