About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing Allied Health team based in Tamworth in a 45–50 hour per fortnight part-time role, with full-time opportunities available for the right person.

 

In this role, you will support individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern by developing, implementing, and reviewing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs). Your work will focus on improving quality of life, promoting independence, and reducing restrictive practices through evidence-based, person-centred approaches.

 

You will work across a diverse client group, providing therapeutic support, guidance, and training to individuals, families, carers, and support teams.
