Responsibilities: Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc. Responsible for handling different types of IT/ Non-IT requirements. Assist in sourcing candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc for complex requirements.
