Job Title: Employee Benefits Administrator
Location: Whiteley (must be a driver due to location of the office)
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm (hybrid)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Employee Benefits Administrator to join a growing team. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to Employee Benefit Advisers, helping to deliver high-quality employee benefits solutions and exceptional client service.
Employee Benefits Administrator Responsibilities:
- Delivery of high quality, professional and caring service to our clients both external and internal.
- Scheme maintenance including aspects such as contribution uploads, renewals, joiners, leavers, etc.
- Assist with monthly invoicing and fee reconciliation.
