This is an exciting time to join Remote as a Benefits Specialist on the Global Operations team. You will report to one of our Benefits Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Global Operations regional managers to develop and oversee group benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, business travel accident, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, and other country‑specific benefits.
• Coordinate benefit processing and review and approve billing.
